Our Full Appointment Form asks you questions that give us details, aimed to help us make your visit as memorable as it should be when choosing your perfect gown.
There is a booking fee of £35 for all Weekday and Weekend appointment, this is redeemable when you order your gown with us (unless there are any other discounts eg at some designer days we offer a 10% saving on the dress). Your appointment will be confirmed upon payment of the booking fee so please have your card available when you call to book.
Should you need to cancel then a full refund will be given as long as you e-mail or call us 8 days in advance of your appointment (ie the Friday the week before).
Should you wish to change your appointment to another date we need 72 hours notice and should you then change or cancel again for a second time no refund will be given.

Please don’t assume the appointment is automatically booked, we will reply to you with confirmation. We always reply within 24 hours (unless it’s a Sunday) so if you haven’t received a reply you might like to have a look in your junk mail in case our e-mail has gone there. We’d hate you to think that we don’t care about your enquiry!
