The Pantiles Bride opened in the Corn Exchange,
Tunbridge Wells, in February 1997. An instant
success, it quickly outgrew its premises and
moved into its current location in the Georgian
elegance of the Pantiles shortly afterwards.
After just a year, the bridal industry recognised
the potential of this exciting new shop and
awarded it the Best Newcomer Award. In January
1999, the company expanded further with the
opening of The
Pantiles Groom, to meet the needs of the
often neglected menfolk.
Having won the Best Emporium Award for the
Millennium the company has scooped up a total
of 10 awards in just 4 years – more
awards than any other UK bridal retailer!
The company has continued to go from strength
to strength with introduction of a sister store Go
Bridal to Tunbridge Wells in 2000 and into
Beatties Department Store, Birmingham City
Centre in November 2003.
Kelly Nash Group Sales Director for The Pantiles and Go Group has been nominated as Best Retail Salesperson in the Bridal Buyer Awards.
